One newcomer, of course, is not limited to. Old acquaintances will get older (although they will still be able to fight). The dead characters will most likely appear again: the developers refuse to comment on them with a mysterious smile. In addition, heroes from MK4, Familiar faces from subsequent parts and “somewhat very funny cameo”. But the city will appear only as DLC. The tradition of introducing exclusive heroes for each of the platforms will also be preserved.
The main thing is that a completely new development of the world implies the appearance of and fundamentally new characters. The best of those shown today is Casey Cage, daughter Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade (well, finally!). She dresses and moves exactly like a mother, but at the same time she often grows up at the public and loves to give up in intimate places. Very fun and recognizable. The rest is worse: a huge beast with a little rider, a yellow taracan girl. This is great, interesting, but not associated with the brand – some of the fighters seem to be better to come Tekken. At the stands of the Igomir, everyone uses Scorpio and Sab-Ziro, and if it is possible to find a battle between beginners, then the “mortal battle” on the screen is not at all recognized. I would like to hope that this is just a matter of habit, and after passing the story campaign, characters will be better associated with the world.

The style of the torn spine
Scenario, new modes and other decorations-this, of course, is good, but the fighting system is still in the fighting system. And here the developers also prepared several surprises. The first and the main – the return of the idea that met in Deadly Alliance. Each hero is endowed with special combat styles, the so -called “variations”.

Sab-Ziro in variations divides the protective and attacking frost into two different directions, and in the framework of the third uses weapons. Raiden, among other things, passively changes his characteristics and duration of attacks.
After twenty -minute observation of the players, it becomes clear that the main difference between the heroes in their mobility. Close the bot with simple attacks is still a good idea even on Normal. But already at Hard, a smart computer enemy manages to take away all lives almost without leaving the place. Or, on the contrary, moving around the field at such a speed that it seems completely impossible to catch it.
Another element that migrated directly from Injustice, – Interactive battlefield. Branches stick out in the forest from everywhere, allowing you to quickly seize behind the back. From the walls can be bounced, on sharp objects can be tossed once or twice. In addition, there and there appear objects for throwing (a corpse brought by waves, or, except jokes, grandmother in the market).
